The App does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information.
Account and Sign-In Information
The App offers optional sign-in using Sign in with Apple. If you choose to sign in, we collect and store:
- Your name, as provided by Apple at sign-in
- Your email address, as provided by Apple at sign-in (this may be a private relay address if you choose to hide your email)
This information is linked to your identity and is used to:
- Create and secure your account
- Authenticate you and keep you signed in
- Sync your preferences and session history across your devices
- Contact you about your account or important changes to the service, where necessary
Account and authentication data is processed and stored on our behalf by our authentication provider (Clerk) and our backend infrastructure. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal information at any time by contacting us at the address below.
You can use the core breathing and meditation features of the App without signing in.
Health and Wellness Information
The App may allow users to configure meditation or breathing session preferences. Session preferences and history are stored locally on your device and, if you are signed in, synced to your account so they are available across your devices.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, this information is not sold or shared with third parties.
Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party services for:
- Authentication and account management
- Analytics
- Crash reporting
- Infrastructure hosting
- App distribution
These providers may process limited information necessary for the operation of their services. Our authentication provider processes your name and email address in order to provide account functionality.

- with trusted service providers supporting App functionality
